TASTING NOTES

Pale gold colour with intense aromas of fresh fruits: quince, pineapple, slightly honeyed.
Concentration, nice balance between sweetness and freshness!

FOOD MATCHING

Serve chilled with aperitif and toasted cheese.
Also goes well with foie gras.

TASTING NOTES

Pale lemon coloured wine with pronounced grassy and gooseberry aromas. Fresh with crisp acidity, nicely balanced by a green apple and a zesty finish.
FOOD MATCHING

Easy drinking white wine to be served chilled as an aperitif or with a meal. It is excellent with seafood, fish, white meat and blue cheese. Served chilled at 12 °C.

Attractive wine with ripe black fruits and spiced with cinnamon. Forthright dark cassis and plum fruits, overlaid with liquorice and vanilla. A mature wine with a pleasant flavoursome finish.
FOOD MATCHING

This Cahors is much more supple, it will be also in good company with more subtle meats such as poultry in brown sauce or creamy sauce.
